Ripe golden raspberry, nectarine and orange rind fruits, very mineral driven, chalky and dusty, white cherry blossoms and a lingering brie cheese finish.

This wine is showing in classic and polished form. On the nose, it is an impressive bouquet of floral intensity. There are nuances of yellow roses and carnations, high-intensity white lillies and honeysuckle. The fruit is very fresh and accented with just-ripe apricot, juicy peach, and a hint of tropical lychee. There is a touch of minerality remenescent of wet slate. The palate is silky and dry but with persistent, intense fruit plus a floral and a beeswax character. This is fresh, delicate, and beautiful.

A notably bright and energetic wine. Light-bodied, floral, and fruit forward. Delicate, tart fruit like kiwi, yellow nectarine, citrus zest, lime leaf, and aloe are followed by a hint of wet slate minerality along with a thai basil like herb. This wine is quite floral, with white and yellow fresh cut roses and peonies. Edam cheese and sour cream linger on the palate. A refreshing wine for warm days.

Done in a more oxidative style, this Grenache features poached raspberry, dried fig, and prune-like fruits. A balsamic reduction, violets, and dried thyme create a complicated nose. The palate is assertive and grippy, making this a perfect pairing for marbled steak or charcuterie. The finish is long and bold. This is a terrific wine to age or open today. 

A very bright rendition of Counoise, with delicate red fruits on the nose and palate, followed by tart and ripe red cherries, raspberry, and red currant. There is a bouquet of hibiscus and red carnation florals that leads into wet clay and turned earth met by herbaceous sage. The palate is soft and elegant and will be further elevated with a slight chill. 

This is a beautiful example of a densely packed Mourvedre from a location with incredibly complex soil. A deep purple color, with pink and ruby reflections. Dark fruits, black plum, dates, blackberry compote and rich cassis are woven together, very complex fruits. Fresh lilac and dried red roses are present with herbs de Provence and gravel. The palate is loaded with fruit and finishes with a touch of vanilla and cedar. The wine really unfurls with a decant, a truly stunning Mourvedre. Limited Quantities*

The texture is round and soft, but with a mouthwatering nature to keep your palate cleansed and ready for another sip. The Roussanne offers a smooth balance to the Viognier, which keeps the wine lively and floral – exactly what we want from this winning combination.

With a delicate nose and palate, this varietal also offers bold ripeness, as the most densely fruited expression of Terret Noir than all previous vintages. Rainier cherry, dried strawberry paste, pink rose, tarragon, anise, and orange glaze on the nose. The palate contrasts loamy earth and herbal tealeaf-like qualities with fruit and fresh, wild herbs. A crisp and dry finish, with a lingering ripe red cherry and candied fruit notes, followed by a reminder of brewed oolong tealeaf. The wine is incredible served with a chill.
