This lively wine has delicate beads of fine bubbles and a glowing copper hue. It features notes of tart cherry, Meyer lemon, nectarine, and a touch of strawberry. There is a toasted brioche note from lees contact and a slight limestone minerality. Warm, fresh, pink cherry blossom florals follow at the finish. This is a fabulously constructed sparkling wine fit for any occasion.

This wine demonstrates high intensity on the nose, tropical fruits like papaya, lychee and ripe apricots as well. There is a forward floral tone to this varietal like that of white potpourri and fresh/aromatic honeysuckle flowers. A slight nutmeg-like spice along with fresh tarragon intermingled on the palate. This has a broad texture and a long finish.
