2021 Guejito Summer

Our favorite white blend, Guejito Summer, is back in classic form with 50/50 Roussanne and Viognier. The nose is packed with just ripe yellow pear, fresh green apple, aloe, and lemon zest. The wine shows lemon and lime blossom florals, wet slate, and tarragon. The palate mirrors the nose but with a touch of pineapple and a slightly creamy palate.
