Jillian Fae is a freelance event chef serving Southern California. She specializes in custom seasonal menus utilizing global technique and showcasing local ingredients. A native of Huntington Beach, CA and now resident of Temecula, CA, she has a passion for pairing her California inspired cuisine with California wines.
Jillian’s love for and ability to make people happy by way of good food began at an early age and still grows today. “My passion for cooking stems from the fact that I was born and raised in Southern California where the best climate conditions grow the finest produce all year round and the prevalence of so many diverse cuisines inspire me.”

Adam is a native of Pennsylvania who discovered a passion for food and wine after relocating to beautiful San Diego. Adam accrued several years of experience working at fine dining restaurants where he realized he was in love with the service aspect of wine and began to pursue his career as a Sommelier.
