Our Vineyards

Where our Vines Grow...

Rancho Guejito Vineyard grows its wine grapes in the fine soils and climates of one of the last remaining Mexican land-grants of Old California. The vast expanse of the property allows for diverse growing climates and terrains. Currently, we have over 50 acres of vines dispersed between Rockwood Ranch and throughout the ranch's 23,000-acre expanse. We are planting new varietals every year as new growing sites are carefully selected by our master winemaker, Chris Broomell.

Rancho Guejito

With vast amounts of open land gaining elevation in excess of 4,000 ft. and natural water sources throughout the 36 sq. mi. of land, there is no shortage of inspiration for our winemaker's growing plans. We are expanding our vineyard acreage every year as our new varietals are ready to be planted.

Rockwood Ranch

Established in the late 1800's, Rockwood Ranch boasts fertile soil and natural water sources perfect for the groves and vineyard. Rockwood Ranch became a part of Rancho Guejito in the 2000's and is the location for our tasting room. The original farmhouse is now used as our offices.
