Slightly drier than the 2015 vintage. The palest bright salmon gold color, stone fruits abound on the nose, opening up to damp summer lawn at night and baking spices. Just ripe yellow peach, fresh and dried apricots, and Oro Blanco grapefruit are highlighted by star jasmine and underlined by warm clay minerality.
The pale color is from low skin contact time. It has 0% residual sugar, making it Bone dry and medium-bodied with zippy acidity.
Sommelier’s Notes: Enjoy chilled with simply prepared shellfish of any sort, or a summery ceviche.
