A somewhat dry, medium-bodied, golden-white with low tannins. Meyer lemon with decadent floral vanilla notes on the nose and the palate. Beeswax, apricot, and hints of chamomile and clove give way to a buttery brioche finish reminiscent of Chardonnay. Pair with rich lobster over creamy, herbed risotto.

Mourvèdre, Grenache, Counoise
Very pale gold in color, this Rosé is very lean and crisp. On the nose, you are greeted by a medley of citrus, blood orange, Meyer lemon and slightly tart nectarine flavors on the palate. The wine has an herbaceous side to it as well, with bay leaf and chopped sage aromas adding to its complexity. A lingering, almost chalky, mineral finish make this wine a joy to keep revisiting.

Crisp and clean, tart and ripe Meyer lemon and lime, just ripened green apple with hints of brie cheese rind. Freshly cut lilies on the nose. On the palate, tart and just ripe fruit flavors come through with a limestone like mineral undertone. The finish is mouthwatering and bright, a perfect aperitif!

With our Grenache Blanc, we have a bit more of a mineral-driven wine. On the nose, fresh white peaches and lemon zest are met by a touch of gunflint and chalk. This is a very complex wine with a dried sage and underbrush like herbal quality and a slight hint of white and pink peppercorn.

This wine demonstrates high intensity on the nose, tropical fruits like papaya, lychee and ripe apricots as well. There is a forward floral tone to this varietal like that of white potpourri and fresh/aromatic honeysuckle flowers. A slight nutmeg-like spice along with fresh tarragon intermingled on the palate. This has a broad texture and a long finish.

Star bright and clear straw in color, the Rancho Guejito Chardonnay exemplifies balance and elegance.
Tart green apple, lemon custard, and ripe pineapple provide a complex mix of fruits. A Warm river rock minerality plays off the most modest part of buttery richness. Medium-bodied with a long clean finish. A Pair with your favorite scallops dish.

Counoise, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah
Deep ruby in color with a touch of garnet on the rim. This wine shows its fruit forwardness with rainier cherry, dried red currants, and a touch of açai berry. It elegantly opens up with a secondary dried nature to the fruits. Provencal herbs, sweet tobacco, and a hint of vanilla linger with a light yet soft mouthfeel.

Bright and crisp, just-ripened, red raspberries, fresh rhubarb, with macerated cranberry and strawberry fruit tones. Pink lilies and carnations define the floral nose with notes of a sage and an underbrush-like herbal quality. Pink peppercorn and a kiss of oak add a nutmeg flavor, lengthening the finish. This fruit came from a higher elevation on the ranch which contributes to the prevailing freshness that shines throughout.

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, this wine abounds with complexity. As these vines age, this blend has developed beautifully. Deep red fruits, such as Morello Cherries and red plums, are present with a hint of blackberry. Elegant, dark floral notes are reminiscent of lavender and lilac. This wine is earth driven with fertile turned soil on the nose. White pepper and a touch of smoked bacon grease add a truly compelling dimension to the finish.

Mourvèdre, Grenache
Mourvèdre dominant with remnants of Grenache. A wine that transcends from the new world to the old. Tart and dried red fruits, such as red currant, deep raspberry, and a touch of peach pit on the nose and palate. Rosewater and red carnations are followed by a cured prosciutto presence. An earthy note, similar to pipe tobacco and fall leaves, lingers on the palate. This is an absolute gem to drink now or age.
